Carrick Enterprises was founded in 2007. Our mission has been the development and support of computer software for academic libraries. We have created solutions ranging from custom content management systems to library-specific applications like tools for collecting and reporting reference desk statistics. Our goal has always been to create highly functional, yet easy-to-use, web-based applications.
The founders’ expertise was developed while working for academic libraries. With a combined experience of more than 35 years, the partners of Carrick Enterprises understand the needs of academic libraries and academic librarians.
Assessment Made Simple
Since 2012 Carrick Enterprises has focused strategically on information literacy assessment for higher education. We took over operation of Project SAILS that year. In 2014 we began development of the Threshold Achievement Test for Information Literacy which was completed in 2018.
